DocA staff check each application against the call’s published criteria. - Independent peer jury
Eligible applications go to an independent pan-African jury. Jury members are named for each round. - Assessment
Juries look at the strength of the story, the team’s capacity to deliver, and the fit with the stage applied for. - Decision and notification
Every applicant hears back. Timelines are set per programme. GAP - Feedback
